My four years of academic training equipped me to work professionally. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. However, I worked in a Business Process Outsourcing company for almost (7) seven years now. I was an agent before and was promoted to be an Operations Supervisor because of my capability to perform administrative tasks and lead people to deliver what is expected. Being in the company for this long is not that easy since there were lots of challenges that I encountered. However, my strong determination to keep my job and being responsible for whatever I do is my huge advantage. I can handle pressure at all times. I am very open minded person which can work without supervision. I am very much willing to join trainings if there is such to enhance myself of whatever skills required for my job. I can surely follow instructions to complete the job requirement. I am also open for coaching opportunities to do more. I love to finish my task before the deadline.
