RESOLUTION NO. 1 S. 2017
A RESOLUTION SEEKING FOR FINANCIAL AID FROM THE OFFICE OF HONORABLE CONGRESSMAN HENRY ONG FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF ROOFING OF CALINCAGUING NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL MAIN BUILDING
WHEREAS, the Calingcaguing National High School Teachers’ Organization; Supreme Student Government (SSG) represented by the President; General Parents and Teachers Association (GPTA) through the President; and Barangay Calingcaguing Officials represented by the Barangay Chairman do hereby find as follows:
WHEREAS, the Calingcaguing National High School Teachers’ Organization; Supreme Student Government (SSG) represented by the President; General Parents and Teachers Association (GPTA) through the President; and Barangay Calingcaguing Officials represented by the Barangay Chairman and other stakeholders come into concurrence that fundamentally, learners should have a friendly, sound and safe surroundings in the process acquiring education. That it is, but consistent with any existing provision that a safe and conducive place for learning process must be offered to our students. Furthermore, it was agreed that a sound and safe place for study will make the learning process more efficient and effective.
WHEREAS, to facilitate the most efficient and effective learning process, it is but critical that safe and sound classrooms must be guaranteed and provided for the students. Hence, as deliberated and as agreed by all the bodies present in this meeting, it is therefore concurred that replacement of roofing of Calingcaguing National High School Main Building must be undertaken. Considering the age of the building, it is but logical that its structure wears out in the course of time. Though repairs were done, it is not yet a guarantee, for during rainy days, leaks on most of the rooms in this building could not be prevented.
WHEREAS, despite the whim of the administration to repair said roofing, still it remained unachieved, for a fact that the government appropriation or MOOE is insufficient to cover all the school operational expenses.
WHEREAS, the realization of this cause is much of a burden putting into account that funding and resources must be considered for such improvement of our school facility. It is but reasonable that any major enhancement on any of our facility requires funding at which, as agreed by all stakeholders present in this meeting, could not provide.
WHEREAS, to streamline the realization of this project which will benefit our students, Calingcaguing National High School Teachers’ Organization; Supreme Student Government (SSG) represented by the President; General Parents and Teachers Association (GPTA) through the President; and Barangay Calingcaguing Officials represented by the Barangay Chairman and all other stakeholders act in conformity to SEEK FOR FINANCIAL AID FROM THE OFFICE OF HON. CONGRESSMAN HENRY ONG FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF ROOFING OF CALINGCAGUING NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL MAIN BUILDING.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY KNOWN PUBLICLY AND OFFICIALLY by the Calingcaguing National High School Teachers’ Organization; Supreme Student Government (SSG) represented by the President; General Parents and Teachers Association (GPTA) through the President; and Barangay Calingcaguing Officials represented by the Barangay Chairman the veracity of this resolution.
