The week-long university-wide celebration of Pride 2018 is
a call for a more inclusive society that respects the rights
of people regardless of gender orientation and expression.
The National College of Public Administration and
Governance Student Council spearheaded a local event
entitled "LUMALAYAG: Mapagpalayang Pagpapahayag"
which included a number of activities such as filmshowing, an exhibit, a forum, and the Pride March as a
culmination of the event.
• The externals officer is in charge of composing and
sending of partnership proposals to the different
organizations in the university.
• In charge of answering partnership emails and
communication with partner organizations until the end

The Passion and Leadership Summit 2018 (PALSummit
2018) is a one-day summit which targets the youth to
develop a passion for serving their communities and the
country. It consists of keynote speeches and workshop
sessions that allow interactive discussions on current
issues surrounding the country. The speakers come from
different sectors such as the academe, government,
private sector, and civil society.
• The Delegate Relations head is in charge of the
communications with all participants including but not
limited to emails, text messages, and Facebook group
posts and announcements.
• Responsibilities also included composing of acceptance
letters and sending them to interested students via email
LOGISTICS HEAD
NCPAG Lantern Parade, University of the Philippines Diliman |

The Lantern Parade is an annual university Christmas
lantern parade and competition with the different colleges
and units as its participants.
• The logistics head is in charge of the acquisition of all
materials necessary for the completion of the lantern.
• A list of materials purchased with corresponding prices
and receipts shall be submitted by the logistics head to
the finance head for proper auditing.

Alternative Classroom Learning Experience 2017: “Trip Kita, T
rip Mo Ba Ako?” , University of the Philippines Diliman | 2017
The Alternative Classroom Learning Experience (ACLE) is
a half-day event organized by various organizations in the
university. It may discuss or highlight current issues,
showcase or critique anything under the sun. With that, the
Practice of Administrative Leadership and Service (PALSNCPAG) conducted the ACLE entitled “Trip Kita, Trip Mo
Ba Ako?” which focused on the current problems
surrounding the transport system in the country. The
forum included participants from the government, the
academe, the TNVS and the PUV sectors.
• The programs head is in charge of program flow and
the communication with possible speakers representatives from the different sectors mentioned
above.
• Draft and communicate with the main speakers through
email, or phone calls (if needed), until the event ends.
