I acquired fifteen (15) years of meaningful banking experience from rank-and-file to Bank Officer to Branch Head. I am detail oriented having experienced as an Executive Assistant to the President; has the ability to analyze complex technical information and use said data for decision making. I was able to lead teams with collaborative members, and has managed employees towards teamwork and strong dynamics. I was able to help employees turn their weaknesses into strength and tapping on their potentials. I was able to build network and linkage with stakeholders and delivered increasing sales and account portfolio during the five (5) years of handling a branch. I am an excellent problem solver, has the ability to negotiate with diverse group of stakeholders and think out of the box strategies to achieve goals and targets.
