I am a finance, administration, human resource professional with over 14 years’ of experience. I have developed and executed business, administration, finance, and human resource strategies and policies to help entities achieve their goals. My professional journey has equipped me with key business leadership skills, commercial awareness, business management, ability to build trust-based business partnerships and appreciation of diversity.

I act as a cohesion point and drive cross-functional alignment on the planning and execution of the firm’s strategic Financial and Hr initiatives across the revenue and non-revenue generating teams ensuring alignment and consistency. My perspective and understanding of the business' big picture helps to balance financial reporting & oversight with strategic analysis I am working towards more strategic opportunities and challenges in the finance and Hr space. To lead business' finance and administration operations while positively influencing boardroom decisions to achieve long term strategic enterprise goals and sustained growth. To be a catalyst for people development, business, and performance improvement is my passion.
