I am a versatile freelancer with extensive experience in various fields including writing, customer support, data entry and virtual assistant jobs.

I started my online career more than 10 years ago as a writer, focusing on general and technical writing. Driven by a deep love for learning and research, I create engaging, informative content on various niches including travels, volunteering, parenting, how-tos and product reviews.

In addition to my writing capabilities, I am highly proficient in data entry. My work experience involves data gathering, management and reporting using Google Sheets/ Excel, Microsoft Word and Looker Studio. Moreover, I’m also skilled at transcribing audio files and handwritten notes into digital text.

I bring over 8 years of experience in customer support, during which I’ve gained a deep understanding of the importance of empathy and clear communication when addressing complex issues. My approach focuses primarily on providing personalized solutions and making even the most difficult client, happy. Additionally, I was responsible for managing and reporting our NPS and CSAT data, which involved monthly analysis and insights into our performance metrics.

I’d also like to highlight my experience as a WordPress Virtual Assistant. Previously, I worked with two clients where my responsibilities included writing and posting articles on their websites, as well as managing various administrative tasks such as overseeing their Facebook groups. My strong organizational skills and proactive approach enable me to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
