1. How would you define success in your personal & business life?
ANSWERS:
Success for me doesnt define how big or small your achievement is.. I view success
as a process where challenges encourage me to look at things from different
perspectives and to find creative solutions to problems. Facing those challenges
helps me progress personally at the same time that I hopefully make progress
toward company objectives. I can leave work feeling successful as long as I have
made some progress toward solving a problem or reaching a goal, even if I have not
reached every personal goal at the end of the day.
2. When you encountered a problem in your previous job(s), what did you do to
overcome it?
ANSWERS:
First of all I pray to God to help me overcome every single step I will make to solve
the problems. I never let the negativities get me, it won't help me solve anything.
and I never ever think that there is no better solution. It’s okay to feel bad about the
things that you cannot control so I need to have the courage to snap out of it and
move on so that I could make better output of work after.
3. How would you rate your organization skills from 1-10? Please explain why you
feel you are organized as a person?
ANSWERS:
Confidently 10! I was trained several times under the international organization for
standardization (ISO) from my previous job. I had undergo internal audit and
passed it making me certified document control officer in one of a giant company
here in the Philippines.
4. Who is the most influential person in your life, how did he/she impact you?
How would they describe you?
ANSWERS:
Audrey Hepburn. She was never afraid to accept rejection. Just like me, I was
rejected hundred times searching for the right opportunity for me. But then, giving
up is not in my vocabulary.
5. What is the toughest obstacle you have encountered in life? Did you overcome
it? How?
ANSWERS:
When I found out last 2019 my son has an intellectual disability. Since then, I made
him my inspiration to work hard and do my best.
