My most recent job experience was for an Amazon Re-seller where I was a Customer Support Team Lead/Supervisor handling Email, Chat and Phone Support. My duties includes assisting customers about their orders and correcting post sales problems, Ensuring timely processing of customer orders and helps resolves customer disputes as well as ensuring customer service emails and calls are answered and done in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
Part of my team lead role was to identify system and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency. Also, I would maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
I also have ample experience in Sales as 3 years of my career have been dedicated to working in various sales accounts. I was an outbound sales agent for a Canadian Telco account and after which, I became a Flight Reservations Specialist for an Australian Airline.
I am proficient in using Remote Desktop Applications, Zendesk and Liveperson. I also know the ins and outs of the Amazon Sellercentral and Vendor Central.
