I am a customer service representative and account specialist for five years I assign in the billing department being responsible are tracking customer who owes money for overdue bills. I assist the customer to pay over the phone. I receive an inbound outbound call for the customer who wants to pay the bills. I educate the customer about their bills like the due date when we generate the bill and help them to regard the concern of the customer and assured them that we address all their concern and make sure there is a smile in their lips before we finish the conversation with the customer.
