Annabell is a HR Consultanting Lead and Manager at AfriBusiness LLP. Annabell has been working as a HR
Profession and Consultant with over 16 years’ experience. Her experiences includes working as a HR
Executive with a Manufacturing company in Kenya, working at ABC Bank as a Senior HR Officer and her
last employment at Deloitte Consulting as a Human Capital Consultant. She left Deloitte to pursue her
Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of East Anglia (in Norwich, UK).
On her return she co-founded AfriBusiness a registered Management Consultancy firm based in Kenya
that offers an integrated range of services in the areas of Strategy & Change, Human Capital, and Financial
Advisory by consolidating consultancy, training and project management as a package or stand-alone
service depending on the needs of the client. AfriBusiness clients include corporate organisations such as
PanAfric Insurance (currently Sanlam), Nairobi County Council, KPC, mid-level local organisations such as
Sonar Imaging and Macharia-Mwangi Advocates as well as NGO’s such as Kenya Market Trust, GIZ, Root
Capital amongst others.
Academically, Annabell attained a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of East
Anglia. She has a Bachelor of Commerce (Business Administration) degree from Catholic University of
Eastern Africa, a Diploma in Consulting from Institute of Business Consulting in the UK, a Higher Diploma
in Human Resources Management from Institute of Human Resources Management (Kenya), and CPA
qualifications from Strathmore College amongst other qualifications.
Annabell also has been a part-time lecturer at Riara University.
