I have been working in the Customer Service industry for more than 15 years. I started from the ground up as an agent and eventually becoming a team manager. In addition, I have worked in different projects specializing in hospitality, tech, social media, telco, both voice and non-voice. I'm very adept to working different hours and with different cultures. My English is excellent and I can communicate very well. I love to travel, learn about new things and people and I am a well rounded person.
