I have 20 years of experience in the Customer Service industry. I started from being an agent and worked my way up to management level. I focused mainly on Quality Assurance; however, I also delved in Training and Team Supervision and Stakeholder Management. I was also able to do administrative work in my earlier years such as scheduling appointments, data encoding, consolidating reports, etc. Since my first language is English, I also taught as an English teacher online and in a classroom setting.
