Author of the paper entitled “DNA-based Detection of cytochrome b gene in Thermally
Processed Meat as a tool in Traceability and Authenticity” that was chosen as one of the entries to be
presented under the Food Biotechnology category in the ASEAN Food Conference 2015. This paper was
also the best paper in UP Los Banos-Food Science Cluster.
