I'm Anna, I’ve been with the BPO industry for about 5 years.I have served a lot of customers to the best of my knowledge and capabilities. I always make sure they are very satisfied with the service that I provide them. Excellence , hard work , patience , dedication ,together with my whole heart , I make sure that what I give to my customers and to my clients is always the best that they can get. I have worked as a personal secretary in a paper trade industry for 3 years. I did our payroll computations, weekly and yearly inventories, taking orders over the phone and creating job orders for our warehouse men. I also did create delivery receipts and invoices. I was also a sales clerk in a mall which really tested my skills in sales. I had to meet my quota for the month in order to excel. I was also a fast food chain representative where in I've really learned a lot because I've met a lot of people in different faces . I have learned all my confidence from my experiences at work. And I believe that I can conquer all the difficulties and challenges that I will be facing in the future.
With my experiences specifically in the areas of sales and customer service support , I look forward into learning new things and gaining more knowledge in order to improve myself.
