For five years, I have been an assistant to an online content creator. My main responsibilities were to transcribe Youtube videos and convert them to articles in Wordpress. Over the years, I have developed a keen eye for details and became an expert in transcribing and proof-reading.

Along with other admin related tasks, I was also in charge of handling/managing the company's social media channels; scheduling posts, creating images using Canva, and follower engagement.

I have prior customer service experience in Amazon and Shopify.
