I have more than 10 years of combined experience in customer service, Quality Assurance Analyst and Team Management.
I started out as a customer Service Representative US-based Airlines company. My primary role focused on answering phone calls, resolving customer's inquiries, booking flight, reissuing tickets and taking escalation calls. I was promoted after 12 months and I handled the Escalation calls.
I also worked for a multinational Telecommunications company also based in the US. I handled incoming calls, billing concerns, providing assistance to our customers. After 3 years I switched to another account which is a healthcare account based in US. I was promoted as Quality Analyst after 2 years as customer service and then got promoted again as a Supervisor.
After working as an employee, I ventured on freelancing world and then landed to a Financial company also based in US. I started working as freelancer last November 2017.
Currently, I am working on freelance projects focusing on Managing employees and also ecommerce business based in U.S.
