I'm Anna Jane Terrado, 22 years old from Davao City Philippines.

I have experience as a Virtual Assiatnt, the tasks were to do cold calling and to explain the products and services offered. also I handled the customer concerns and schedule consultations with our prospect clients to determine if they are interested in our services. 

With this experience I can say that communication and listening skills is important because it is the key to obtain a qualified leads. 

I worked in Credite Antidute Company For 1 year it helped me to navigate tools and know the SOP, As a Virtual assistant I worked their as Product Researcher and Product listings in Walmart and Amazon. We handled specific store and I managed the items to make it more salelable and profitable items.  

I have experienced as a Customer Service Representative, selling mobile phones and worked as a mobile technical support. assisting the customers with their mobile concerns also we helped them on how to use thier mobile phone, for me it is satisfying to help and assist my customers.
