I have a certification as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, having worked as a book keeper for a CFO in the US with 13 clients for a period of 2 years. My experience with QuickBooks is almost 4 years having worked in all aspects of the software serving clients in different fields, that includes event planning, Dog Breeding, Entertainment Industry, massage business, Consultancy in different industries and Beauty industry. Some of the tasks include, payroll for contractors, monthly invoices to clients, vendor invoices and payments, reconciliation of the liability accounts and banks, monthly statements to be sent to the clients, just to mention a few.
As a book keeper assistant for a client based in Texas, I handled a client who deals with inventory and some tasks, include, creating the products in QuickBooks, handling the vendor bills, and all the client invoices relating to the purchase.
Previously, I worked in corporate as a project manager for almost 6 years and dealt with tasks such as creating budgets for programs in the business, assigning and supervising the work assigned within the requested timeline, creating SOPs for all the processes in the business, generating KPI's for the employees in the business. Currently, I am undertaking a course in Google Project Management certification, with hopes to finalize on this early next year.
Lastly, I recently received a certification in Google Data Analytics course, which I acquired skills in R programming, SQL, Excel Data Analytics just to mention a few.
