I am a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional with over eight years of progressive experience in financial management, reporting, compliance, and internal controls. Currently serving as an Accountant at St. Luke Hospital, Kasei, I play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting annual audits, analyzing budgets, and ensuring full compliance with government tax regulations and institutional policies.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong expertise in financial reporting under IAS and IFRS standards, accounts payable and receivable management, bank reconciliations, revenue tracking, and financial statement preparation. I work closely with auditors and management teams to prepare audit documentation, address discrepancies, and strengthen financial processes. My approach is systematic, analytical, and focused on accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency.

I hold a First Class Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Pentecost University College, which strengthened my analytical thinking and financial management capabilities. I am technically proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint, with advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and automated reporting. I also have working knowledge of SQL and MySQL, and hands-on experience with accounting software including HAMS, QuickBooks, Xero, and Google Sheets. I have designed Excel-based accounting tools that improved reporting efficiency and reduced manual errors.

In addition to my accounting background, my National Service experience at the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture enhanced my communication, administrative, and problem-solving skills. I developed the ability to resolve discrepancies professionally and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
