I’m a Business Analyst with experience working across domains like healthcare, eCommerce, payments Salesforce, gaming, and integrations, where I focus on understanding business needs and turning them into clear, actionable solutions for development teams.

In the healthcare space, I worked on a video consultation platform (Square Health) that allowed patients to book appointments, consult doctors, receive prescriptions, and order medicines through an integrated pharmacy. I was involved in breaking down these workflows, defining user stories, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience.

I’ve also worked on a nurse hiring platform built on Salesforce, where the system matched candidates to hospital requirements based on location, experience, and certifications. My role involved gathering requirements, structuring workflows, and aligning them with the technical team for implementation.

Apart from this, I’ve worked on eCommerce and integration-based projects where coordination between systems and clear requirement definition were critical. I’ve also had exposure to gaming-related projects, which helped me think more from a user engagement and experience perspective.

In my day-to-day role, I collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure clarity, smooth delivery, and alignment with business goals. I focus on keeping solutions practical, scalable, and user-focused.
