Work closely with Settlement teams to improve current workflows and support implementing next phases. Active participation in all the process improvement projects -Clean Up Project: Cleaned up all the unmatched, unwound and expired trades which were appearing in our daily report as old unwanted trades. Investigated on the trade and find the history of each trade with the help of all the old reports, emails and taken the support from IT team. And segregate the trades accordingly and get the approval from the top management and get all the trades cleared in the system. -Swift Auto match (TRAM): Bring up with a new solution to resolve the mismatching. Introduced a new system with the help of IT team called as TRAM. Tram automatically pick up all the confirmations from the swift and match against the system bookings. And all the unmatched trades will show in the tram report. Maintaining portfolios to meet individual team & organizational objectives. Previously worked GMLD Euro Clearing team and Reconciliation team Controlling recs (involves investigating and resolving the aged breaks). Root cause analysis in case of any discrepancy found between books and fix it. Reporting the trade breaks to the Trading Desk, Middle Office and Back Office Overall matching Trades with Positions and if there is discrepancy investigate and resolve them. Manually clearing the trades in the system ( Ransys) Passing the vouchers basis on the request from the teams.
