Anita Delos Santos

My name is Anita delos Santos, I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, in the Univ.Of Manila year 2007. I am doing freelancing for over six months now. 

I previously worked in a call center for over eight years. I've handled numerous tasks, such as call handling, chat support, email support and technical. What I really loved about this job is the customer satisfaction that I get every end of each conversation. It is really overwhelming if you are able to make people happy. Providing solution without breaking the company's policy is my main goal. I have loved my job back in my call center days, however, I have to let go of this career because of some personal matters and have chosen to offer my services in a different way, which is why I landed on freelancing or working-from-home. As of this time, I am currently working under a US client as a Lead Generation Specialists and Email Marketer. I I have more free time, so I am still looking for another client in which I can provide my services and skills set. Hope I can find the best employer really soon.
