Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit card data. Escort VIP guests to their allocated room and explain the facilities and room features. Maintains regular contacts with guests. Listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone. Obtains guest feedback on their stay in the hotel. If complaints, taking immediate actions to remedy solutions. Record daily activities and complaints in the guest relations logbook and inform respective department heads for immediate actions. Compute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms. Close guest accounts and check guests out. Reviewing charges with guests during the check-out process. Process accurate payment. Working closely with Food and Beverage team especially Room service Team and Housekeeping team. Promoting all outlets and any special promotions going on.
