I am a dynamic and results-oriented data and project management professional with over 17 years of experience in leading and delivering complex ETL implementation projects, primarily within the banking and financial services domain. My core strength lies in my ability to manage the complete lifecycle of data integration—from requirement gathering and data modeling to extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) - ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and business-aligned data solutions.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led multiple large-scale data projects, where I have designed robust ETL frameworks using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), developed advanced reporting solutions with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and fine-tuned SQL queries for optimal performance. In my current role, I lead four parallel projects—two as a Technical Lead, where I architect and implement ETL solutions, mentor new joiners, and maintain technical documentation, and two as a Project Manager, where I am responsible for resource planning, stakeholder communication, release management, and client engagement.
