charges etc.
Preparation of daily reports and reporting to the Back End Head, Warehouse inventory status, Day to Day,
Dispatches which includes sales as well as transfers between different units, New Consignments Receipts,
Labour Productivity, etc
Vendor Development
Identifying and developing alternate vendor source for localization, reduction in delivery time and improve
consistency in quality & competition among vendors.
Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as quality systems, rejections,
quality improvement rate, timely delivery etc.
Developing quality culture at vendor’s end through auditing and guidance.
Purchase/ Procurement/ Sourcing
Identifying vendors for various product lines & negotiating with them for price, quality & delivery terms.
