I, Anilkumar, did the 10+2 course in Arts.

My professional career started in 1996 at Al Razi Pharmaceuticals in the UAE as an Office Secretary.

My responsibilities included answering incoming calls, preparing quotations, and communicating with customers and clients via fax.

From there, I gained knowledge in answering calls, sending fax messages, typing skills, RFQs, Quotations, and using computers (Word & Excel), as well as handling secretarial functions. I moved on from there in 1999.

Having gained experience, I got a new career as an Office Administrator in 2000 at Al Mazroui Medical in the UAE.

Here, my responsibilities included arranging meetings for the GM, arranging for flights, hotel bookings for guests as well as for senior managers, dealing with customer inquiries, preparing quotations, orders & billings via SAP Software, and other necessary email & fax communications with both the customers and suppliers. My career continued until 2018, when I decided to return to my home country and to settle down there.
