I am of 23 years of age. After I completed my graduation in Hotel Managaement I got to work with the Godrej Nature's basket which is an Indian gourmet food retail chain as an Assistant Department Manager and my dayily tasks were rostering staffs, ordering store materials and products, taking care of RTV and non RTV stocks, Sales and Customer Service. Unfortunately i ha leave this job and come back to my hometown kolkata after 9 months ue to my father's critical illness. For around 4-5 moths I was into my father's business. Once he recovered a bit I found it diificult to get a job in a similar position like before and I joined Concentrix as a Representative, Opeartions. Here I work for a Fintech client and deal with customers regarding the transaction related queries and App issues via Email and Phone. I have experience working on a Ticketing software like Freshdesk and I am well versed with computer applications. I am eager to learn new things and A little training on specific applications will make be best suite for this role.
