Anielila Inetimi

Hi there! My name is Anielila Inetimi, and I’m a passionate and experienced UX/UI Designer with a unique background in architecture and operations management. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in creating user-centered designs for both web and mobile interfaces, focusing on transforming complex concepts into intuitive and visually stunning designs.

One of the most challenging projects I’ve worked on was at Nomadicpod Limited, formerly known as RoadPadi. This decentralized ecosystem for travel and transport required me to design various dashboards for multiple products across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C sectors. The project's complexity and vast scope, coupled with being the sole designer, pushed me to innovate continuously. I utilized Figma to design everything from scratch, ensuring all elements were cohesive and user-friendly. The experience was challenging but incredibly rewarding, enhancing my problem-solving skills and ability to create simple solutions for complex systems.

At Expectoo, a freelancing web app for talents in Africa, I conducted extensive user research to inform my design decisions. Despite the tight deadlines and initial resistance to conducting research, I insisted on its necessity. I used surveys to gather data on user needs, pain points, and preferences. This data was then analyzed to create empathy maps, user personas, and journey maps. The insights gained helped me design an engaging and user-friendly product that received positive feedback from both users and stakeholders.

I also have experience with 404 Consultants, where I redesigned the company's website to make it more aesthetically pleasing. By focusing on typography, color schemes, visual hierarchy, and micro-animations, I achieved a 20% reduction in bounce rate and significantly improved user satisfaction.

My proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch, combined with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and technical implementation details, allows me to create high-quality designs that are both functional and visually appealing. I excel at creating and maintaining design systems, ensuring consistency across all projects.
