I’ve had the opportunity to gain hands on experience in both customer service and administrative work. While working at Freddy’s Print, ESUT Enugu state. I interacted with customers daily, helping them with their requests, answering questions, and making sure they were satisfied with the service. That experience taught me how to communicate clearly, stay patient, and handle different kinds of people in a calm and professional way.

Presently on my NYSC, I am working in an administrative role where I handle tasks like organizing documents, keeping records, and supporting the day-to-day running of the office. This is teaching me to become more organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.

I’m comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and I’m always open to learning new systems, including CRM tools. I can type well, follow instructions carefully, and I’m someone who takes responsibility seriously.

Overall, I enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being part of a team where I can contribute positively and keep things running smoothly.
