I have two years of experience as a personal assistant at Solid Online Services and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. During my time at Solid Online Services, I have learned how best to utilize all Microsoft Office Packages in Delivering Efficient services to clients including the use of social media, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. For the past year, I have been responsible for managing direct relationships with Clients, also assisting the managing director in the day-to-day running of the business and since I took on this role, our customer relation service has increased by 50%.
