I have worked for 10 years. Different positions and manufacturing companies. Had started from the bottom until the opportunity for my dream job knocks which is to become a purchasing staff. It was such a tough and stressful post yet fulfilling. Been in the said position for 6 years and had been involved in different activities that help the company gain cost savings and other simplification projects such as order basis for office supplies, issuance of blanket purchase orders and be able to contact OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) suppliers for critical parts. I also perform expediting of goods and services to ensure timely delivery and project completion.I am good at negotiating prices and terms, canvassing, workload prioritization, customer confidentiality assurance, data encoding, machine scheduling, training and a detailed oriented person.
