I have a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and Sales. Since beginning my career as a working woman, almost three and a half years ago, I have been in the sales area of a variety of international companies such as Bimbo, Cine Colombia and Encyclopedia Britannica; all of which have left me with new knowledge, experiences and a sense of growth.
Some skills that I have picked up throughout my years of experience are to contribute to the growth of the customer base and to give a potential client the best service possible, client service. In my current job, I am in charge of contact leads and new prospects in Latin America. My job is to contact the possible clients through emails or phone calls and to give them assistance in the management of the company's platform. I consider myself very good interacting with the clients and with my coworkers; The team I work currently with, as well as my old team, have always said that I am a very good listener and a patient person that can create a healthy work environment for everyone, be it client or coworker. Also, I am familiar with CRM and invoice software like Salesforce and Oracle, with these I create weekly reports in Excel and PowerPoint for the sales team in my present position. Currently, I work 100% remote and I believe this has taught me to be a more organized, creative and autonomous as a whole.
