Hi my name is Angie, I am a dedicated and self-motivated telemarketer from Colombia, currently located in Bogota. I have been in customer service for 7 yrs and supervisor for 3 yrs. I am a very knowledgeable person when it comes to this industry and perform the job which is needed from a customer service rep or supervisor. I have experience as a trainer this I did for 1 year giving new agents the information and skills to take call center calls.

As a Back office agent, the tasks that I fulfilled at the time was taking live calls, emails, performing refunds straight from the companies CRM, processed payments, review bills, check, track and process orders...

As a floor Supervisor for 1 year the tasks that I fulfilled at the time was review how many refunds were performed per week/month, review and qualify calls, take escalated calls, train agents, I had a total of 15 people under my supervision.
