Hi, I've been working in a BPO industry for almost 3 years now. After I graduated as an honorable student with honor for Information and Communication Technology Major in Computer Programming, I already applied and hired as Customer Care Specialist on a Telecommunication Account for almost a year which was providing customer satisfaction and resolving the issue even though its already out of our scope or support. And already been working for almost 3 years on a graveyard shift, different environment, and no holidays just to make sure we satisfy our customers.
