My total working experience in the Customer Support industry is 10 years.
I have been a Technical Support Associate for the past five to almost 6 years. Assisting customer when they need help and experiencing service issue with their mobile, mobile broadbands and fixed telephone lines. In relation to that, I have also been trained to provide the best customer service.
I also have an experience when it comes to Collections or Financial Service to help out customers who are facing financial difficulty.
I can say with full confidence that I am qualified, fast-learner and have an open-mind to feedbacks. One thing that I can add is that I'm passionate about what I do and make sure to give my 100% to the task that I was given. I can also work with minimal supervision and can work with integrity.
