Angelo Rodelas

I am a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science graduate from the Philippines in 2008 and worked for 15 years in a trading company serving more than 100 companies throughout the country through sales and technical support.

I was part of the company's IT team for 4 years and transferred to Sales and Marketing Department in 2012 and worked as Sales Assistant until today. I am responsible in creating and providing overall sales performance reports for the whole team in a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual manner. I am also responsible for all clerical work of the sales team with regards to ISO Documentation and accreditation, inter-department meetings, and other sales activities.

I also act as the assistant to the Sales Manager. I handle all her client meetings and activities, deal with client issues and claims, gather projects, provide proposals, and see to it until they turn into orders. It is also my responsibility to process orders and monitor them until they are delivered and paid.

As the company's previous programmer, I developed the system used by the Sales Department to create proposals in PDF format to be sent to clients. Made in deployed in 2009 and is still used today. As of today, it is also used to process orders and its monitoring. I have also created modules that provide the team reports needed whenever they want.

I have been in the company for 15 years and I wanted to create an online profile to work as a freelancer and continually hone the skills that I have and provide future clients the support they need.
