Working in Business Outsourcing since 2010, I started as a collections specialist from an auto finance account and was hired as a customer service representative from a different company to discover other skills that I can show and luckily enough I’ve got to be part of our escalations team. I am well trained and equipped to handle escalations calls and has ability to pacify an irate client.

I am also in to sales as I worked as a senior sales associates from an online trading company. I can manage to talk to the client to introduce the products and services that offering as I am highly trained for this position.
