I have worked for several BPO in different positions. I have worked as a customer service rep, a sales specialist, a tech support, a Q.A. monitor, and i also had a chance to work as a team lead. I can work very well as a team member and i can effectively lead a team. I also had a chance to work at home as a team captain.Currently, I am employed as a high school teacher in a public school here. I have always been commended by my superiors for my work either as an agent or as a team lead. I have always loved talking to people and helping them find solutions and answers to their queries.
