I'm Angeline and I've been in the customer support industry for 4 years now. The first 2 years from the industry were spent being a call center agent which I got trained to handle different types of customers for two different accounts (telecommunications and food delivery service). The remaining years up to present, I'm currently handling a team consisting of 15 agents. In addition to handling customer escalations, I'm tasked to ensure that proper support are being provided to the team as well as talking professionally to our direct clients.
