I started my career as an Email Support Representative in a financial account, handling customer inquiries and account-related requests through email.
After gaining strong communication and customer service skills, I relocated to another cityand transitioned to a Sales Account (UK-based) as a Voice Representative – Tier 2, Multiskilled. I handled both inbound and outbound sales, assisting customers with product information, and closing sales while maintaining excellent service quality.
During my time as a Sales Representative, I consistently met and exceeded sales targets. I was recognized multiple times for achieving top conversion rates and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
I also took on additional responsibilities like helping with call calibrations and mentoring new hires, which helped me develop leadership skills and a deeper understanding of sales strategies.
Luckily I was promoted to a Supervisor role, where I now lead a team of multiskilled sales representatives. I monitor KPIs, coach my team to improve conversion and compliance, and report performance insights to our operations manager.
One of my proudest accomplishments recently was helping a low-performing agent move into the top 5 performers through consistent coaching and motivation.
Overall, my journey from email support to sales leadership has helped me develop strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills. I’m passionate about driving results, helping teams succeed, and creating great customer experiences.
While working full-time as a Supervisor, I also manage a part-time role in affiliate marketing. In this role, I create, edit, and publish promotional videos on TikTok that highlight products and strengthen brand visibility. My efforts contribute to both company and platform success through engaging and authentic content. This experience has helped me refine my digital marketing and communication skills while reinforcing my commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
