I am an enthusiastic Executive Virtual Assistant and Administrative Virtual Assistant for almost 5yrs now,  wherein I do Calendar and Email Management, Lead Generation (LinkedIn), Creation and update of Pipeline and Sheets for reporting, Prepare reports, Visual presentation, Meeting Moderator, Coordination with the team members, Prepare minutes of the meeting, Draft Layouts, Basic Graphic design, Social Media Management, Project Presentation and represent the CEO to executive meetings if needed. Creation of visual materials, Zoom background designer, Create document templates for specific documentations, draft and send emails. I also did invoicing and send reminders for payment to our clients.

Also I experienced to be an SMM where I handled social media page, take and answer client's queries, post and do marketing to gain profit and attract potential clients.

I am also became part of a real estate agency as a part time sales agent and an SMM as well wherein I enhance my sales and marketing abilities. Talked to potential clients and brief them about the units we are selling and scheduled them to a site visit.
