I am very hard working and fun loving that loves to see positivity in every situation. I have been a part of the BPO industry for more than a decade and first started out as a customer service representative then to sales and technical support lastly is my position as a business analyst before I decided to become a full time freelancer because of my son since I am a single mom. Having all of those experience both home based and in the BPO industry I believe that I can take on any task and if ever faced with a task that I don't have any experience with. I would be very glad to learn and be good at it.
