I have experience working as a remote paralegal for an NGO based on Washington DC that works with immigrant law and other firms.

I have prepared forms, declarations, translations (from Spanish to English) and cover letters for several types of Visa applications, such as U and T nonimmigrant visas, and their corresponding Visa Extension forms, I have also prepared U-Visa Expedite requests.

As well as, VAWA petitions, SIJS, Humanitarian Parole, Motion to reopen/reconsider, RFE declarations, EAD, DACA, AOS ( for nonimmigrant visas, marriage, VAWA, and Asylum based), Naturalization, LPR renewal, withdrawal of any kind of application, Family-Based Petitions, Consular Processing DS 160. If required I have knowledge of how to make Inquiries to NVC, Contact with Consulates in Latin America, Contact with NVC and USCIS, Contact with Clients. My main experience with immigration servers is INSZoom, DocketWise, LawRuler, Clio and MyCase platforms.
