I have 6 years experience in a BPO company. I have experience taking in inbound calls, outbound calls and sending emails to customers.
I honed my skills in critical and analytical thinking. I have been assigned to a collections account. But due to hardwork and honed skills, I am now working as a case manager whose role is to investigate a complaint, providing proper resolution which would meet both the customer and the business needs without sacrificing the quality of work. Most of all, I am passionate to create a happy customer.
