I currently worked as a supervisor for Travel Assist.com which is a US based company and we are currently using Zendesk as our main tool in answering customer's queries.
As a supervisor, it is my main duty to closely monitor incoming chats and emails from the customer. Part of my job is to check that all agents answered all the email and chats in a timely manner and also check if they follow all the quality guidelines to achieve customer service satisfaction.
I have also worked as a customer service representative for Amazon US and Ebay North America for almost a year and a half. My main responsibility is to take calls for customers who needs assistance in tracking their package including how to process refunds and returns. I also handle complain regarding incorrect item delivered, missing items and damaged items.
