I been with bpo industry for almost four years now. Been handling Australian and American account. Usually, I am handling costumer service and technical support representative. I tend to assist them when the phone is not working, service is not working, billing disputes, and upgrade the service.
Working with customers, walking them through how to access online account. Explaining the customer what are the reason why service is not working. Explaining them why there are bill disputes, most specially if they have online purchases that will add to their monthly payment. Sometimes, there are customers about their online purchases. I make sure that customer will understand what is happening on their accont.
