I'm a freelancer based on Philippines. For four years I've been working on an office based job (BPO to be specific). I believe that I will be more successful in freelancing that's why I decided to leave my previous job and look for opportunity as a freelancer.
I worked in Teleperformance for 2 years as a Customer Service Representative on a telecommunications company based on US. And after that I worked in Telstra Powered by Teletech as a Technical Support on a Australian based company that caters wifi and internet on all parts of Australia.
I am a flexible and hardworking person that people can rely on. I have knowledge on providing a good customer service. I can work as a CSR, TSR, Email and Chat Support, Virtual Assistant, Appointment Setter, SEO, Social Media Manager and any jobs where I can use my experiences and skills.
