I bring over 8 years of experience working in the BPO industry, where I developed a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and administrative support. For the past two years, I’ve been working remotely as a Virtual Assistant, a role that has helped me become even more independent, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced, digital environment.

I’ve had the opportunity to support clients from different industries and time zones. For one of my U.S.-based clients, a construction company, I worked as both an administrative assistant and virtual receptionist. My responsibilities included handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining an organized virtual filing system.

With my UK-based client, I support a real estate marketing company as a marketing and sales representative. My main task involves reaching out to real estate agents across London to introduce our platform and invite them to list their agencies on our website. The goal is to help them generate more leads and grow their business visibility online. This role has strengthened my communication and outreach skills, especially in a sales context.

In addition, I handle basic administrative tasks such as calendar management, data entry, email handling, and light social media support.

One of my strengths is the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and workflows. I’m a fast learner and have no trouble picking up new tools or adjusting to a client’s preferred way of working. Whether it’s updating records, managing schedules, or communicating with customers, I bring focus and consistency to my work.
