Hi! This is Angelica Aljas

I was tasked with managing both inbound and outbound phone calls, and I also took on the additional responsibility of providing email support. 

I served as a health advisor, conducting video calls with individuals in the USA and UK to facilitate their swab testing. This experience has enhanced my written communication skills, enhanced my ability to thrive under pressure, and sharpened my attention to detail.

In addition, I showcased the role of a recruitment assistant, handling interviews and evaluating online assessments. This period marked a significant achievement for me, as I able to multitask and learn how to manage tools I hadn't utilized before.
