I have 3 years of BPO experience as a Customer Service Representative in a Telco Account which is T-mobile. We handle sales, billing concerns, collecting payments and setting up payment arrangements. Every now and then we assist customers regarding technical concerns and help them do basic troubleshooting.

One of the greatest highlights of my experience in this industry is that I got promoted as a mentor in which we are training new hires before they get endorsed to the production floor. I ensure that before they go to the production floor, they are ready and confident in helping the customers. I want them to only provide the best when it comes on taking care of our customers.
